Death March To The Parallel World Rhapsody Season 2:
Season 2 of Death March To The Parallel World Rhapsody is set to begin on January 12th, and it’s going to be an event not to be missed! From the start, it has been hinted that the new season will have a different feel. This is because Yoshiki Fukuda, the creator of DMR and its original writer, has decided to step down from his role as director.
Yoshiki Fukuda has been with DMR from the beginning and his departure marks a change in direction for the show. While he remains a major part of the creative process, this season will be helmed by Yuki Kajiura (Eureka Seven, Sword Art Online). This move was made in order to ensure that the quality of the show remains high. Kajiura is no stranger to anime production having worked on some of Japan’s most critically acclaimed shows.

He’s still determined to protect Kilroy Kohima at all costs, even if that means sacrificing himself.
Kurusu chime (CV: Emi Takeuchi)
After defeating her original incarnation, Kurusu chime emerged victorious but at a great cost. Her body was severely injured and she lost most of her memories. In order to recover her lost memories, she enters into a deep sleep in order to journey to the parallel world once again. However, when she wakes up she finds that Shire has become leader of the kingdom and is looking for a new princess to marry…hardly what she expected! She must find a way to retake control of her kingdom while also trying to rebuild her fractured memories.
