Internal stress in cloth detracts from its usefulness. In this Letter, wenxuechen a stress size instrument is stated. The instrument precept is based on a laser feedback impact in which the polarization kingdom of the laser with an anisotropic feedback hollow space will flip between orthogonal directions, whilst the feedback mirror is tuned by means of piezoelectric transducer sawtooth voltage. The role of polarization flipping in one length on curves reflects the birefringence or material inner stress of the remarks hollow space. Hence, while a chunk of inner pressure cloth is located in a remarks cavity, its internal stress may be measured by means of the polarization flipping role. The inner pressure of the vacuum tube, Nd: YAG crystal and GaN semiconductor are measured, which proved this instrument has very excessive precision.
